Another Happy Planner adventure begins! I added the Fitness expansion to my Happy Planner today, and I’m thinking that it might be just the motivation that I need to get my act together and start focusing on getting into shape. I’ve never had much luck with nutrition trackers in the past– it always feels so tedious to write down every bite of food that I eat and count calories. I don’t know if I’ll be any better at it this time, but I’m going to give it another go.
My eating habits aren’t exactly the healthiest, and “lose 20 pounds” has been on my to do list for, well, basically forever. But
there never seems to be enough time / I never seem to have the motivation / Mercury is in retrograde … I have literally a thousand excuses as to why I haven’t made any significant changes yet.
This week, Justin & I have been making more of an effort than usual to make better choices when it comes to our meals and fitness. We cooked eggplant parmesan from scratch on Saturday, which is a totally new thing for us since our cooking usually consists of something easy like pasta or a frozen pizza– and it turned out to be delicious!
